UK Herb Society Autumn Gathering 2026

Cotswold Herb Centre’s resident Hedgerow Skincare Expert, Laura, is the headline speaker for this years UK Herb Society gathering. She’ll be talking about Topical Herbalism: Where natural skincare meets herbal practice. Laura brings together the deeply rooted traditions of herbalism with the commerciality of modern skincare. In her talk, she will discuss these different worlds, how they are merging and the ingredient knowledge and product making skills herbalists can equip themselves with to achieve the ultimate aim of natural blend-it-yourself skincare: proactive maintenance of a healthy body, and a healthy mind.

The talk will be followed by an opportunity to try a range of skincare oils, balms and creams to get a literal feel for the qualities of different ingredients, blends and techniques.
