Join us for this month’s herb walk.

Hubble, bubble, toil and trouble ….

This month is a bit different.

Normally we head out and see what we find. Instead, this month we’re going to be on the look out for some witchy ingredients.

…. eye of newt and toe of frog, wool of bat and tongue of dog ….

All these may sound like gruesome ingredients to most.

But to a herbalist they show that Shakespeare knew his plants and his folk lore.

Find out what the witches were really putting into their cauldron, and where it grows around Cam and Dursley.

We’ll meet at the front of Cam Woodfield School, at the top of Field Lane at 10am and walk for an hour.

Our walk will take us down the lane and over the field paths, so please wear suitable footwear and clothing.

Children, dogs, pointy hats and broomsticks welcome.
