Natural Skincare Workshop 1

Skincare manufacturers have always promoted the power of plants in their products. The natural skincare market emphasises sourcing and quality of the plants used.
In a series of three workshops, Laura, founder of Field Fresh Skincare, teaches you techniques to blend local plants in your own freshly made skincare. In each workshop you’ll get hands on with ingredients, learn the tips and tricks as well as being introduced to the plants in season that you can gather locally right now.
Workshop One introduces plant seed oils, the secret power behind natural skincare’s effectiveness. You will make an oil cleanser to take home.
Workshop Two blends plant seed oils with waxes and butter to make balms and salves. You will make a lip balm to take home.
Workshop Three teaches the arts of emulsifying and preserving to make lovely light creams and lotions. You will make a hand cream to take home.
Each workshop costs £30 (incl. materials and handmade product to take home valued above £15), they are bookable individually or as a set of three. There are two chances to attend each workshop, join either the Friday afternoon, or Saturday morning session.
