A tangle of roots from Northern Ireland\, Cornwall and Norfolk gives exuberant life to a truly contemporary folk music\, full of thorns and flowers. \nTonight\, multi-instrumentalist James Patrick Gavin (who many of you will recall when he was last on stage at Prema with the fabulous Fishclaw) is joined by Adrian Lever whose clear tenor voice delivers the songs of the trio\, while his guitar performance forms the rhythmic heart of the trio\, complete with characteristic Balkan and flamenco stylings. The trio is completed by (and rooted in sound) by double-bass player Tim Fairhall.
