You’ve probably noticed all this activity in Lower Cam. Many have expressed sadness at seeing the green diversity of these fields changing for good. DESCRIPTION:April herb walk – Saturday 4th\n(yes\, that is Easter Saturday) \nOur herb walks take place on the first Saturday of each month and will always be in and around Cam and Dursley\, helping us get to know the plants on our doorsteps through all their seasons. \nOur April walk is on Saturday 4th at Stinchcombe.  \nWe’ll meet at the gates of St Cyr’s Church at 10am and take a look around the churchyard before crossing the road to the newly-planted Church Field. There are plenty of lovely springtime herbs to meet. \nAll are welcome. DESCRIPTION:Our May walk is on Saturday 2nd at Vale Hospital \nThe walk will start at the pedestrian entrance off Lister Road at 10am. \nDon’t worry\, if you’re at the front of the hopsital we’ll find you. \nAll are welcome. We’ll be walking for about an hour\, it’s all flat as we’ll be taking in the wonderfully planted beds around the car park and also admiring the early season growth in the raised beds of the community allotment.
