DESCRIPTION:A regular class held on Wednesday evenings (7pm) Thursday mornings (10.30am) and Thursday afternoons (2.30pm) each week \nCareful guidance from the wonderfully talented Helen. Beginners welcome. Choose your project and attend for as many sessions as required to complete it. Improving strength\, balance and coordination as well as calming the mind and nerves. \nImproving\, we develop the more subtle internal skills which greatly enhance the benefits of our practice. \nBreathing\, standing and movement. Whatever our healthcare goals our chi practices always leave us feeling refreshed\, recharged and balanced. \nAN ISBOURNE EVENT IN COLLABORATION WITH ITS AFFILIATED TUTOR \nMax has been teaching classes at The Isbourne since 2001. We have researched how other organisations fund their courses and come up with a three tier pricing system: \nSupported rate: this fee is less than the Standard and allows anyone with financial challenges to still participate. You do not have to show proof\, this is offered on trust. This price is limited to one per transaction. \nStandard rate: this is how much we would like all participants to pay as it covers The Isbourne costs and supports the tutor.\nSponsor rate: this is a little more than the Standard fee and allows you to subsidise and support others who might not be able to pay the Standard fee. \nYou choose what tier of payment best suits you – no questions asked!
